Dawn R. Payne

Ms. Payne is an associate in the San Francisco office of Calvo & Clark. Her practice is focused on litigation matters and she has significant experience in consumer class actions involving securities and financial services matters.

After graduating from law school, Ms. Payne served as a law clerk to the Honorable Harry Pregerson of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Claudia Wilken of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California and was an associate at the San Francisco office of the law firm of Morrison & Foerster, LLP.

Ms. Payne received her B.A. in 1996 from Brigham Young University and her J.D. from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law in 2002, Order of the Coif.
