Janalynn Cruz Damian

Ms. Damian is an associate in Calvo & Clark’s Guam office. Her practice focuses on both commercial and governmental matters, including business litigation, real estate, family law, and government contracts, procurement and regulations.

Ms. Damian is a native of Guam and is admitted to practice in Guam and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. She is a member of the Supreme Court of Guam Subcommittee on the Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Court and a member of the Guam Nursing Licensing Board. She received her B.A. cum laude from Loyola Marymount University in 1997 and her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2000 where she was research editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review.
