C&C Secures Guam Governor’s Right to Independent Counsel
In an ongoing dispute between Guam Governor Felix Camacho and the Office of the Attorney General, the District Court of Guam ruled that the Governor and two of his agency directors had the right to private counsel to represent their interests in a case involving a controversial $60 million class action settlement. The Court now is expected to hear the Governor’s challenges to the legality of that settlement.
